Terms covering repairs and services provided by Vélar og Viðgerðir ehf.
Bookings
Bookings made through Noona.is are binding. You can change or cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the appointment at no charge.
Pricing & payment
We quote upfront for all work. If anything changes mid-job, we contact you immediately for approval before continuing. Payment is due at the end of service unless agreed otherwise.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranty applies on parts we install. Our labor carries a 12-month warranty on the work performed, assuming normal vehicle use.
Disputes
We try to resolve everything in conversation. If we can't, the matter is governed by Icelandic law and may go before the District Court of Reykjanes.
